1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing earlyship.io or any related subdomains, signing up for the waitlist, or using any Earlyship service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What Earlyship provides

Earlyship provides market research reports, business cases, product briefs, and signal analysis derived from publicly available online sources. All content is generated using automated systems and AI-assisted analysis.

Our research is provided "as is" for informational purposes. It is not a guarantee of market success, product viability, or financial return. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making business decisions.

3. Waitlist and early access

Joining a waitlist does not constitute a purchase or binding agreement. Early access is granted at Earlyship's sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel early access programs at any time.

4. Intellectual property

Research reports and briefs generated by Earlyship are provided for your personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the research to third parties without prior written consent.

All underlying platform code, design, and systems remain the exclusive property of Earlyship.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Earlyship to: scrape or systematically extract data, reverse-engineer our research pipeline, submit false or misleading information, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Earlyship is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the research will be accurate, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earlyship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on our research. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of Earlyship is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance.
